Kona Kaiju Fancy – “The Sentinel”

The Sentinel is Hawaii Fancy grade Kona coffee — the second-highest official grade and a favorite among serious coffee drinkers who want exceptional quality at a slightly more approachable price than Extra Fancy.

Fancy grade beans are marginally smaller than Extra Fancy but come from the same trees, the same harvest, the same meticulous hand-picking process on our Holualoa farm. We roast the Sentinel at a true medium to bring out its natural richness: milk chocolate and toasted almond up front, caramel sweetness through the middle, and a clean, smooth finish that invites the next sip.

In the Kona Kaiju mythology, the Sentinels are the ever-watchful protectors who patrol the perimeter of Guard Well Farm. They hold the line while the Guardian rests. Reliable, steady, and always excellent.
