Kona Kaiju Peaberry – “The Oracle” – Limited Release

The Oracle is our rarest coffee. Peaberry beans are a natural anomaly — instead of the usual two flat-sided seeds inside a coffee cherry, a single round bean develops alone, concentrating all the fruit’s sugars and nutrients into one dense, oval seed. Only 3–5% of our harvest at Guard Well Farm produces Peaberries, making this a true limited release.

The result in the cup is unmistakable: brighter, sweeter, and more complex than our standard grades. We roast the Oracle at a medium-light profile to preserve its natural brightness — expect honey sweetness, vibrant citrus acidity, dark cherry depth, and a tea-like body that’s clean and elegant. Many first-time Peaberry drinkers compare it to a high-quality tea. That’s the Oracle at work.

In the Kona Kaiju mythology, the Oracle is the seer who reads the seismic tremors beneath Hualalai. She doesn’t fit the normal chain of command — she exists outside it, singular and irreplaceable. When the Oracle speaks, the Guardian listens.
